An in-person review of the existing wall, flashing, and envelope condition. We document what is actually there before pricing anything.

Scoped Quote
A single itemised proposal: materials, labour, sequence, and timeline. Fixed pricing, contingencies disclosed up front.

Construction
A single in-house crew on site, directly supervised. No subcontracted hand-offs, no rotating personnel.

Closeout
Site cleared, walk-through completed, deficiencies closed. A direct line for any post-completion concern within the warranty period.
